Additional Requirements for Foreign Students

Enrolment Requirements

  • Accomplished Admission Form and Health Form provided by the school upon application

  • School Records – Original copy of the latest Report Card if transferring from a school in the Philippines, or authenticated documentation of the records of all grade levels completed abroad.

    [NOTE: All original school records from any school abroad must be taken to the Philippine Consulate in the country where the school is located for authentication. You must have all records from Kindergarten through the current grade level authenticated before coming to the Philippines]

  • Recommendation Form – provided upon application. This is only required for applicants from grades 6 – 12 transferring from a school in the Philippines.

  • Good Moral Certificate – this can be requested from the most recently attended school duly signed by the Guidance Counselor or Officer and noted by the School Principal

  • Birth Certificate – photocopy of the Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA) birth certificate if the child is a Filipino citizen; foreign or dual citizen born outside the Philippines may provide a birth certificate from that country and a photocopy of the latest passport.

  • Medical Certificate– this certificate must be from a doctor stating that the child is physically fit to enter school and is not suffering from any contagious, communicable, or infectious disease that can cause harm to other children, and/ or a photocopy of the summary of the child’s immunization booklet.

  • ID Pictures – provide two 2×2 pictures on a white background

Additional Requirements for Foreign Students:

NOTE: Students claiming dual citizenship MUST present a valid Philippines passport or a dual citizen certificate coming from the Bureau of Immigration.

  • Copy of the child’s passport that shows

-The applicant’s date of birth, passport number, and signature.

– Date of issue and expiration – passport must have at least six months of validity remaining at the time of enrolment

– Visa status and length of stay in the Philippines if the passport is issued abroad.

  • Copy of the Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Immigrant Certificate of Immigration (ICR)

NOTE: SPECIAL STUDY PERMIT (SSP) – is a requirement from the Bureau of Immigration for all minor foreign students and must be obtained annually. The school will process the child’s application at the Bureau of Immigration during the first two weeks of the school year. This process takes approximately three weeks and you will not be able to travel during the time that immigration possesses your passport. Exempted from this requirement are dependents of parents with any of the following valid visa categories.

  • Permanent Foreign Residents

  • Aliens with valid working or missionary visa (9g)

  • Personnel from duly accredited International Organizations residing in the Philippines (ADB, UNDP)

  • Special Resident Retirement Visa (SRRV)

  • Special Investors Resident Visa (SIRV)

  • Foreign Diplomatic Personnel


Age Requirements:

Kindergarten

  • All students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before October 31 of the upcoming Academic Year.

Grade 1

  • All students entering Grade 1 must be 6 years old on or before October 31 of the upcoming Academic Year

  • Must have completed one year of Kindergarten from a school recognized by the Philippine Department of Education with duly registered LRN.

  • If Kindergarten is completed abroad, duly authenticated school records and a certificate of completion must be presented.
